The process began with pre-inspection to assess wear and damage, followed by Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) to rebuild the crown surface. Subsequent steps included precision machining, groove grinding, and chrome plating to achieve the required dimensions and surface finish. A final inspection and testing process ensured quality, durability, and compliance with engine manufacturer specifications. All activities were carried out under controlled workshop conditions by skilled technicians.
