The project involved the removal, servicing, and reinstallation of the vessel’s propulsion system components, including the intermediate shaft, tailshaft, bearings, propeller, and hub. The operation began with precise alignment checks and disconnection of the shaft line, followed by safe extraction of the propeller assembly using certified lifting equipment.

All components were thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and serviced as per class and OEM standards. Damaged or worn parts were replaced, and reassembly was performed with proper torque and alignment. Final checks ensured smooth rotation and readiness for operational deployment.
