The project involved the planned replacement of the vessel’s cargo valves to ensure reliable cargo transfer operations. Our team removed the existing valves and carried out detailed cleaning and inspection of the adjoining pipework, flanges, and seating areas to confirm structural integrity.

The new valves were installed in line with the vessel’s specifications, with all bolts torqued to the required settings and gasket seating verified. Functional tests, including pressure checks and valve cycling, were conducted to confirm proper sealing and smooth operation.
