2025 | Brightsun Workshop | Engine Overhauling

The project involved routine maintenance of the ship’s propeller through surface polishing and detailed inspection. Our team performed full propeller blade polishing to remove marine growth, surface roughness, and minor pitting. Special attention was given to blade edges and roots, where dye penetrant testing was conducted to detect cracks or surface flaws.

All procedures were carried out in drydock under controlled safety conditions using certified tools. The activity ensured smooth propeller performance, fuel efficiency, and readiness for sea operations.
